Yes. WAAN LOGISTICS LLC holds active DOT and MC authority as both a licensed motor carrier and freight broker. We maintain minimum $1M auto liability and $100K cargo insurance across our operations, with certificates of insurance available upon request.
We work with both. While the majority of our clients are businesses — retailers, manufacturers, distributors — we also accept individual shipments for larger residential freight needs such as vehicle transport, furniture, and estate goods.
We are located at 4020 Flowering Peach Ln, Saint Cloud, FL 34772. You can reach us at 239-258-1285. Office hours are Monday–Friday 8AM–6PM ET and Saturday 9AM–2PM ET.
Pricing & Billing
Freight pricing is based on several factors: shipment mode (FTL vs LTL), origin and destination ZIP codes, freight class, weight, dimensions, accessorial services needed (liftgate, residential delivery, etc.), and market fuel rates. We provide fully itemized quotes with no hidden fees.
No. Our quotes include all known charges upfront: line-haul rate, fuel surcharge, and any applicable accessorials. If unexpected conditions at pickup or delivery generate additional charges (storage, redelivery, excess weight), we will notify you before those charges are applied.
We accept ACH/bank transfer, business check, and major credit cards. Net-30 credit terms are available for established business accounts. Contact our billing team for details.
Shipment & Operations
You can enter your WAAN LOGISTICS tracking ID (format: WL-YYYY-XXXX) on our Track & Quote page. For real-time updates or if you don't have a tracking number, call our operations team at 239-258-1285 and we'll provide an immediate status report.
FTL (Full Truckload) means your freight occupies an entire trailer exclusively — no co-loading, faster transit, and tighter security. LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) means your freight shares trailer space with other shippers, which lowers cost for smaller loads but adds potential for longer transit times and additional handling. Our team will recommend the right option based on your freight volume and urgency.
Yes. We operate refrigerated (reefer) trailers and connect clients with certified cold-chain carriers for pharmaceutical, produce, dairy, and frozen goods transport. Temperature ranges from -20°F to +65°F with continuous data logging available for compliance documentation.
Yes. We work with HazMat-endorsed drivers and carriers for DOT Classes 1–9. Proper documentation, placard requirements, and SDS paperwork are prepared as part of the service. Please disclose hazardous content when requesting a quote to ensure proper carrier assignment and compliance.
Document all damage at delivery and note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us at 239-258-1285 within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate a freight claim, coordinate with the carrier's claims department, and provide you with regular status updates throughout the resolution process. We do not leave clients to navigate claims alone.
For standard FTL and LTL shipments, we recommend booking at least 2–3 business days ahead for optimal carrier matching and pricing. For reefer, flatbed, or specialized freight, 5–7 days is preferred. Expedited same-day or next-day dispatch is available for urgent loads — call us directly for those requests.
Carrier Partnerships
Owner-operators and fleet carriers interested in partnering with us can reach out through our Contact page. Requirements include minimum $1M auto liability, $100K cargo insurance, an active MC number, and a FMCSA safety rating of Satisfactory or better. We run a thorough but fast onboarding process.
Standard pay terms are Net-30 from receipt of a clean POD and invoice. Quick pay options (Net-7) are available upon request for a small processing fee. We maintain a strong payment record — our carrier partners consider us a reliable payor.
